SKS question

Any California residents? question, ive read the rules but im just not sure. I will be moving from Michigan,I have a POST ban SKS ,Norinco,no bayonet lug, 10 rd original fixed mag.original stock. is thing legal or not? im confused.

Of course then again, I'm not sure I'd want to live in MI either....

Without a bayo lug, it should be legal... with no bayo lug, fixed mag, and no evil pistol grip, it doesn't have any of the banned features that would qualify it as an "assault weapon" under California law.
